California Existing Homes in December: Sales Down 12% YoY, Inventory Up 31%

The CAR reported: California home sales close year on downward trend as home prices post mild gains, C.A.R. reports California home sales declined for the eighth straight month in December, and a stagnating market for much of the year pushed sales lower in 2018 for the first time in four years, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) said today.
