WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - The "core" global growth outlook is much improved compared with two years ago, Fed Governor Lael Brainard said Tuesday. The risks to the economy from major trading partners have "really shifted," Brainard said, during a question-and-answer session after a speech to the Economic Club of New York.
