Some credit statistics from CoreLogic: Housing Credit Index: Third Quarter 2016 Loans originated in Q3 2016 are among the highest-quality home loans originated since the year 2001, according to the latest CoreLogic Housing Credit Index (HCI) Report . Figure 1 shows the overall Housing Credit Index from Q1 2001 through the end of Q3 2016.
