Dow closes at record high for fourth straight session

The Dow Jones Industrial Average extended its winning streak for a seventh session to a new record close Tuesday as the market's upside momentum remained intact. This is the fourth day in a row for the blue chip index to set a new record close as expectations of expanded fiscal spending and a corporate tax cut supported investors' appetite for stocks.
