CoStar: Commercial Real Estate prices "Continued Climb" in November, up 12% year-over-year

Here is a price index for commercial real estate that I follow.  From CoStar: CRE Prices Continued Upward Climb in November STRONG FUNDAMENTALS AND CAPITAL FLOWS SUPPORTED BROAD CRE PRICE GROWTH IN NOVEMBER.
