Black Knight Mortgage Monitor for July: "Record-Low Rates, Largest Quarterly Volume on Record"

Black Knight released their Mortgage Monitor report for July today. According to Black Knight, 6.91% of mortgages were delinquent in July, down from 7.59% in June, and up from 3.46% in July 2019. Black Knight also reported that 0.36% of mortgages were in the foreclosure process, down from 0.49% a year ago. This gives a total of 7.40% delinquent or in foreclosure.
