Black Knight released their Mortgage Monitor report for November today. According to Black Knight, 4.55% of mortgages were delinquent in November, up from 4.46% in November 2016. The increase was primarily due to the hurricanes. Black Knight also reported that 0.66% of mortgages were in the foreclosure process, down from 0.98% a year ago. This gives a total of 5.21% delinquent or in foreclosure.
