Blackstone to acquire Harvest Fund Advisors

Blackstone Group LP said late Thursday it agreed to acquire Harvest Fund Advisors LLC for an undisclosed sum. Harvest Fund, which manages more than $10 billion in assets, invests capital from institutional investors into separately managed accounts or pooled vehicles, Blackstone said.
