Reis released their Q2 2016 Office Vacancy survey this morning. Reis reported that the office vacancy rate declined to 16.0% in Q2, from 16.1% in Q1. This is down from 16.4% in Q3 2015, and down from the cycle peak of 17.6%. From Reis Senior Economist and Director of Research Ryan Severino: The national vacancy rate was unchanged in the third quarter at 16.0%. It had fallen for the eight previous quarters.
