CoreLogic Reports 548,000 US Homeowners Regained Equity in the Second Quarter of 2016

—3.6 Million Properties Remain in Negative Equity— CoreLogic ® (NYSE: CLGX), a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, today released a new analysis showing 548,000 U.S. homeowners regained equity in Q2 2016 compared with the previous quarter, increasing the percentage of homes with positive equity to 92.9 percent of all mortgaged properties, or approximately 47.2 million homes.
