MBA: Mortgage Delinquency and Foreclosure Rates Decrease in Q3

From the WSJ: Foreclosure Starts Hit Lowest Level Since 2005 About 0.38% of loans went into the foreclosure process during the third quarter, according to a report released Tuesday by the Mortgage Bankers Association, the lowest rate since the second quarter of 2005.
