BOSTON(MarketWatch) - Adding financial stability as an explicit goal of U.S. interest-rate policy is likely to add to pubic uncertainty about U.S. interest-rate policy and the economy, said Narayana Kocherlakota, the president of the Minneapolis Fed, on Friday.
