Bove: Is a Fannie, Freddie settlement near?

White House lawyers recently asked a federal court to grant them access to documents in the case between Fairholme Funds and the United States over Fannie Mae (OTCQB: FNMA) and Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC).
