Yellen again refuses to give House panel information about a leak probe

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen on Monday once again refused to give information to a Congressional committee about an alleged leak of U.S. central bank deliberations in the fall of 2012, citing an on-going investigation by the Fed's Inspector General and the Justice Department.
